Vacuum frying temperature
Conventional frying happens under normal atmospheric pressure. Vacuum frying is different — our snacks are cooked in a specially designed chamber where air pressure is reduced, allowing frying to happen at much lower temperatures.
Fresh, ripe fruit and sweet potato. No concentrates, no flavour powders, no additives.
Reduced air pressure preserves natural nutrients, minerals and antioxidants found in the fruit.
Ingredients: fruit plus coconut oil. No sugar, salt, preservatives or flavourings.
Each pack is sealed immediately after production to lock in crunch.
We started Smol Delight because we could not find a snack that was honest about what is inside. Every bag we picked up had a list of ingredients we could not pronounce. So we made our own.
Our process is simple: take real, ripe fruit and sweet potato, vacuum fry it at low temperature to lock in the natural goodness, and seal it fresh. No shortcuts. No additives. Just real food.
We constantly work to reduce plastic in our packaging without compromising freshness.
